Leave a little room between the highlights
A route through Brașov, Sighișoara and Sibiu is a good beginning. It becomes a different journey when the plan leaves time for a village lane, a long lunch or a conversation. The point is not to fit more stops into the day. It is to notice more of the places already along the way.
Build the route around a few good bases
For an example six-day journey, begin in Brașov, make your way towards the villages around Viscri, and continue through Sighișoara to Sibiu. Staying longer in fewer places can give a trip a gentler rhythm. Exact stops should follow your interests and the time available.
Let curiosity make a few decisions
You might want more architecture, a food-led afternoon or simply a day with less driving. A sample itinerary is a starting point. The most useful question is what you would like to spend more time doing once you arrive.
